Meet the Miller Hughes Team

I was raised in the Cornwall area as my father, Ellery, operated the dealership from 1969 to 1991. I came on full-time in 1986 after graduating from Brock University. Soon after I married my wife, Pam, and we settled in the town of Embrun, Ontario for 7 years, where our two boys Brad and Christopher were born. We moved back to Cornwall in 1994 and in 2012 we moved again to Summerstown, Ontario. Our premier hobby is sailing, as we have been members of the Stormont Yacht Club for many years. We have completed many trips aboard our boat and have had some great opportunities to sail in the North Atlantic, Greece, and the Caribbean. We also golf, however playing hockey with some good friends twice a week gets me through the winter months! Our staff is made up of great people. Everyone brings something to the table as we constantly try to evolve our customer service while keeping the same values that have allowed Miller Hughes Ford to enjoy 66 years in business in 2022!

I was raised in Cornwall, Ontario, and went to school at Holy Trinity Secondary school. I spent most of my free time involved in organized sports. The dealership has been in my family for a few generations with both my father (Shawn) and grandfather (Ellery) working here. After studying engineering at the University of Ottawa, I returned to Cornwall and have been working at the dealership ever since. I've enjoyed learning more about the family business and the ever-changing car industry.

I was born and raised in St. Andrews West, Ontario. I started with Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln in 2003, left to work for Alexandria Ford, and then returned in 2006. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family and outdoor sports.

27 Years of Service
Not following in the footsteps of my family, I started my career in the computer science/data processing world to soon find out that the apple doesn't usually fall far from the tree. In 1983, I began my automotive journey in a small, non-computerized, parts department. Throughout the years I gained experience here in Cornwall, Ontario, and a few years in Ottawa. I seemed to be naturally drawn to the people side of our business and always felt a great sense of satisfaction when a customer drove away delighted with their experience. In 1997, I made the decision to join our Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln family, and never looked back. The words "Trusted and Respected" resonate throughout the dealership. What I like most about working here is exactly that. My wife Sylvia and I own a small hobby farm with horses. One for Sylvia, myself, and each of our two children. We enjoy trail riding, camping, traveling, and spending most of our summers outside. It's hard to beat a campfire and a guitar.

I have lived in Cornwall for over 38 years, and I am originally from Windsor, Ontario. I moved here back in the early ‘80s working as a Manager with the old retail company, Woolco. I have been with Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln for over 35 years and have many more to go! I treat all my clients with first-class service, just as I would treat my family. I consider my new customers and my long-time customers as friends. I think the most exciting part of my job is seeing the excitement and happiness a new vehicle brings to my clients; from sales to service my clients come first and always will.

I came to Miller Hughes from working at another family-owned dealership for 21 years that unfortunately closed. I have to say the family aspect is what made me choose this establishment over the other opportunities I had. Now that I’m here, I’m also seeing that value in the clients who continuously return for business due to the treatment they receive from our staff. On my free time I’m a bit of a car enthusiast, sports nut and family man.

I was born and raised in Cornwall, Ontario. I've worked in the automotive industry since 1991, and been with Miller Hughes since 2013, joining the sales team in 2024. In my spare time, I enjoy home improvement, cycling, kayaking, photography, and my Mustang GT. I've been passionate about cars and trucks since I was a little kid; therefore my hope is that I can get you into a vehicle you feel that same passion for!

Born and raised in Cornwall, Ontario I came to Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln with over 15 years of licensing experience from our local private sector Service Ontario. I am OMVIC certified and have obtained several management certificates in the 12 years I've been in the automotive industry, starting at Kia. I am the mother of a beautiful teenage daughter. I have to say that over the last 11 years working here at Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln has been a pleasure! I started doing warranty follow up, then I covered a maternity leave in the business office in 2018 I was promoted to manage our Business Development Center. I am still very active in the administration of the business office, helping our staff and clients with their inquiries and purchases. Going back to my license bureau roots, I am in charge of the dealership licensing as we can now do those transactions here at the dealership! I am looking forward to a lifetime with our Miller Hughes Family, as we evolve through the years I'm sure that I will continue to learn and grow with this great company.

I was born in Cornwall, Ontario, and raised in the Iroquois area until I was in my 20s. Worked in the automotive & service fields for 6 years before coming to Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln as a Service Consultant. In 2015, I received a service recognition award for my 15 years of dedication and service at our Annual Christmas Party. I am the father of a great young man and married for 18 years. I enjoy various sports, traveling, and family time. I enjoy working with a great bunch of people from all departments of our dealership and hope to become a future retired Miller Hughes Ford employee.

I was born in Thunder Bay, Ontario, and was raised in Cornwall. After graduating from high school I pursued various opportunities in the Retail and Customer Service Industry. I started working in the automotive industry in 2005 and in 2009 I joined the team at Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln as an Appointment Coordinator. I'm a mom to an energetic boy who is my whole world. When not working, I enjoy being active in the community through my church, community theater groups, and volunteering with different local organizations. I also enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family. In the many years I've been with Miller Hughes I've been fortunate to work with an excellent team; everyone is focused on providing top-notch customer service and we treat our customers as friends and family.

21 Years of Service
Born in Cornwall, Ontario and for the past several years I have been living in Long Sault. I have been in the automotive industry for over 26 years and for the past 21 years I have been a master technician with Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln. I spend my spare time traveling to exotic locations with my wife Rachel and we also very much enjoy riding our motorcycles together. I am very proud of the fact that I have spent over 20 years being a volunteer firefighter with the Long Sault Fire Department. It gives me great pride knowing that I can help people in a very desperate situation. I very much enjoy working with the crew here at Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln.

I am a senior technician and have been working in the automotive industry for the past 45 years and the last 15 have been with Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln. I find that the comradery at Miller Hughes is a good place to be, my hobbies include home renovations and wood working.

Born and raised here in Cornwall, Ontario. I am a certified technician and I have been working at Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln since 2009. I have successfully completed the Ford Asset program where I will now specialize in four different areas. My hobbies are music and gaming. The best part of working here at Miller Hughes is the family atmosphere.

I bring with me over 16 years of experience as an automotive technician. My background includes the atmosphere of a smaller shop, but joining the dynamic team here at the dealership has been a perfect fit with its family-like environment. I have been married to my lovely wife for over 15 years and we have two beautiful daughters. When I am not on the sidelines at gymnastics or dance class supporting my daughters, some of my hobbies include hunting, fishing, and playing baseball. Our team here is focused on providing the highest level of customer service while building and fostering lasting relationships and I look forward to many more years working with this great company!

I was born here in Cornwall 27 years ago and it will be one year in July of 2024 that I've worked at Miller Hughes Ford/Lincoln. I have enjoyed my work here because it is a fast-paced environment with a good team that encourages me to better myself. As well as a physically demanding position, it keeps me on my toes with some sudden complications but I enjoy the challenges it brings. I've worked at a job similar to what I do now so coming into this position was not a big transition, however I can already tell that it'll be less stressful and more enjoyable for however long I will be here. I enjoy being active, whether that's biking or rollerblading or just going for walks with my partner and my dog. My family is a big part of my life so any time I get to spend with them is time well spent. Overall, I'm a hard-working guy who takes pride in his work and I'm excited to see how far I can go with a good team around me and a job I enjoy doing.

I was born and raised in Green Valley, Ontario. My hometown now is Alexandria, Ontario. I have two beautiful children and five gorgeous grandchildren that I love dearly. I have been working in the automotive industry since 1983, starting in Ottawa, Ontario and have been with Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln since 2001. Bookkeeping is my passion! I took over the Controller chair since April 2014 and I love it! What I like the most about my job is working with a very compassionate and dedicated group of people and I am very happy to be part of this team. And most of all working for the best boss ever. People don’t leave here they retire here...

I was born and raised here in the Cornwall area. Proud of my French upbringing, I've had the opportunity to work during my school placement at La Caisse Populaire de Cornwall for a couple of years. I then joined the automotive industry in 1996. A few years later in 2003, I became a member of our lovely family here at Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln. Working in almost every aspect of the automotive business over the last 20+ years, I've had the pleasure to meet, serve and work with some really great people. Now that my children are all grown up, I plan on traveling and discovering new places. I also enjoy riding my motorcycle, camping, fishing, and playing softball during the summer.
